Collegian names fall 2006 editorial staff

The Collegian’s fall 2006 editorial staff has been announced.

Incoming graduate student and current mass communication and journalism major and theatre arts major Kirstie Hettinga has been selected to be editor-in-chief. Hettinga is The Collegian’s current features editor.

Mass communication and journalism major and current Collegian reporter Katrina Garcia will be taking over the post of news editor in the upcoming semester.

Graduate student and former English major Alan Ouellette will be taking over the post of opinion editor.

History and French double-major Morgan Steger, another current Collegian reporter, will be features editor.

Current sports editor and mass communication and journalism major Darrell Copeland III will continue in the position.

Current photographer for The Collegian Andrew Riggs will take over the Photo Editor position.
