The Fresno State baseball team will head to San Jose for a three-game series this weekend to complete a two-week roadtrip at San Jose State.

The Bulldogs are coming off of a series sweep at the hands of Louisiana Tech, the second time in as many seasons Fresno State has been swept in Louisiana.

Andy Underwood pitched eight innings for the Bulldogs, allowing only a solo home run to La. Tech. Unfortunately for Fresno State, La. Tech’s Matt Lacy threw a complete game to outlast Underwood for the complete game shutout.

The Bulldogs will return home next week for a non-conference match-up with Independent member Dallas Baptist.
