The Bulldog softball team begins its longest streak of home games this week.
The squad will host St. Francis College today in a double-header match and Southern Utah in another on March 14.
Fresno State will also play in the Bulldog Classic, sponsored by Bingham Toyota, on March 9-12.
The 2006 softball team is currently ranked No. 23 in the latest ESPN.com poll and No. 25 in the USA Today/NFCA Coaches Poll.
The team opened the season with 17 of its first 20 games on the road and seeks to improve on a 4-0 season home record.
Wednesday’s game against St. Francis is scheduled for a 6 p.m. first pitch.
