Miers not an impressive choice
Last Monday, President Bush announced his nomination of White House counsel Harriet Miers to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor. If confirmed, Miers will no doubt have very big shoes to fill; the question is whether she's qualified to fill them, and the answer seems to be no. More>>
