Theatre Contingent to perform Monday

Fresno State’s Black Theatre Contingent will hold its spring performance tonight in the Lab School Theatre, room 101, at 6 p.m.

Students will present the play “Mandingo Interruptus” by L.L. Wong, a farce that deals with race, identity and modern romance.

Several skits, scenes and short stories about inner city life will also be performed. The students have written these as part of their African-American theater class.

Admission is free, but audiences should be advised that some performances contain strong language and adult themes. Seating is limited so an early arrival is suggested.
