Drop/Withdrawal Deadline April 19
Tuesday, April 19 is the last day to drop an individual course or withdraw from all classes for the spring 2011 semester for a serious and compelling reason.
A Drop/Withdrawal form must be approved by the instructor and the department chair and documentation must be submitted to the Admissions and Records Office by 5:00p.m.
Please note: The deadline is during spring break!!
After April 19, Drops and Withdrawals will NOT be allowed except for serious circumstances beyond a student’s control.
A Drop/Withdrawal form must be approved by the instructor, department chair and the graduate or undergradute Dean.
Approved forms with documentation to support the drop/withdrawal must be submitted to the Admissions and Records Office by the last day of instruction which is Wednesday, May 11.
