Ballots run out at San Diego State

Youth turnout for Prop. 19 has been higher than originally expected. As a result, the polling location at San Diego State University has completely run out of provisional ballots. Tom Angell, the media relations director of Yes on 19 said, “We’re hearing that it will take three or four more hours to restock the ballots there.”
