ITS works to solve campus e-mail delays
Fresno State e-mail continues to suffer delays in receipt of email from non-Fresno State addresses. While ITS staff reduced the delay, users should continue to expect some delay as the system catches up on unprocessed e-mail.
More Fresno State email accounts have been compromised as a result of suspected phishing attacks. The compromised accounts produced a large volume of unsolicited spam e-mail which has impacted e-mail queues.
Besides the delays in e-mail, non-Fresno State e-mail service providers may block e-mail from Fresno State. ITS is aware of the issue and will resolve black listing issues as ITS is made aware of them.
