Help Desk hours adjusted during winter break
The campus Help Desk (278-5000) will have a special work schedule in the next several weeks. Please note these changes:
· From Dec. 21-23, Help Desk hours will be limited to 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
· The Help Desk will be closed for furloughs and holidays Dec. 24 through Jan. 4, with the exception of weekends. Weekend hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. will be observed Dec. 26-27 and Jan. 2-3.
On Jan. 5, normal Help Desk hours will resume. Hours are 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekends.
On days the Help Desk is closed, faculty and staff who experience the following problems should call the University Police Department at 278-4000. On-duty staff members will determine the appropriate response.
· Prolonged campus wide Zimbra outage
· Prolonged campus wide Blackboard outage
· Non-working emergency phones or alarms
· Occurrence of no working phone throughout the floor of a building
