Two student Jazz bands will perform in the annual Jazz-O-Ween concert, Thursday, Oct. 29, at 8 p.m. in the Music Concert Hall (Music Building, Room 126) at California State University, Fresno.

The event also will include a performance by the Fresno State Monk/Mingus Jazztet, a jazz combo comprising six students performing music in the style of jazz musicians Charles Mingus and Thelonious Monk.

Both groups of musicians will perform in costume, and audience members also are encouraged to dress in costume.

Tickets for the event are $5 for Fresno State students, faculty, staff and seniors and $6 for general admission. Free parking will be available in Lot C.
