The issue isn’t a conflict of interest, just like it isn’t when Supreme Court Justices within the United States are appointed by Presidential nomination and then approved by congress. The issue is that PEDRO violated many election rules, and that little picture on the ground was just one. PEDRO cheated, and they should take what dignity they have left and let it go. Channel that “protestor” energy to get this valley some water in the name of Caesar Chavez!

the currently new elected president for ASI was previously a senator, the current VP of finace was also previously a senator. THis means that if there is a possibility that the current Student Court or any of its justices are the same from the time Learen or Jessica were senators, there can be conflict of interest. The same goes for walberg, he was a senator too. This means that the arguement made of conflict of interest does have some validity.
