Battery on a person……..that seems to need a little more detail. A major safety issue perhaps.
Non-student refusing to leave campus grounds???…..Last time I checked, this was a state university—-as in taxpayer funded and open to all.

I’d be more concerned with the number of No Arrest comments than anything else.
