If anyone came to the game Tuesday, they know that you're right on about the youth on the mound. Fresno State couldn't seem to hold a lead the whole night. The offense produced a ton of runs, but the pitching staff couldn't hold anything, not to mention the Dogs' defense didn't help much. Benny was great this weekend, but I couldn't believe he gave up back-to-back homers to surrender the lead. But that's what happens with young pitchers. They think they can overpower people. Hopefully with Gavin and Alan back in the lineup this weekend things will change. The Dogs need to ruin Oregon's opening weekend at their new ballpark.
