Tennis: rain delayed

Women’s tennis was set to open their season this weekend
The women’s tennis team was scheduled to open their season Saturday at noon at the Wathen Center, but the weekend rain storms forced the matchup aginst Saint Mary’s to be rescheduled.
The match was set to feature the No. 2 doubles team in the nation – Bulldogs Anastasia Petukhova and Renata Kucerkova.
Bulldog Melanie Gloria, the No. 17 ranked singles player in the nation, was also scheduled to begin her season. While the Gaels and the Bulldogs will make up the rained-out match, no date has been determined yet for the rescheduled match.
