He has not lied in any portion of that letter. To say he's a liar is ridiculous. Unneeded costs have been frozen, searches canceled, raises frozen, and extra costs eliminated. Welty himself has given much of his salary increases over the years to scholarships. He has been an advocate for economizing during these tough times, and he has been planning for these dire times for the past year and a half. If you were half as informed as you were full of yourself, you'd know that. Get yourself a blowup doll and go off on it, not this nice and committed man. You’re response is absurd and unbased.
