He strikes me as somebody who likes to build programs. He seems like a guy who actually loves a challenge. I think they would appreciate his enthusiasm and positive outlook. Fresno State needs a lot more than a head coach. They need a new coaching staff, top to bottom, and a new league, as has been suggested. They look like high school, lately.
