Heads up at softball game

The Bulldogs went 4-1 at the Bingham Toyota Classic at Bulldog Diamond this weekend. The team only lost to the Houston Cougars. A Cougars’ foul ball flew into a crowd of 1,755 spectators, taking fans by surprise in the second inning on Sunday. The 20-4 ‘Dogs will face Houston again in a doubleheader on Tuesday at 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. The game against Houston was highlighted by a visit from 11 former Bulldogs who were members of the 1998 Women’s College World Series Championship team, including series MVP Amanda Scott.
