Over the weekend I had a St. Jude Pacemaker put in, due to some instances in the past where my heart had stopped working. On one instance I did not have a heart beat for over 55 seconds and another for 22 seconds (both thankfully happened while I was in the hospital). At Fresno State I ran Cross Country and even qualified for the NCAA Western Regional, so I am healthy and in good shape. I am only 22 years old so, I don't know anyone else who has a pacemaker. I am interested in meeting others who also have them. Please email me back with any information you have or people I could contact.
